I hope everyone had a very fabulous Halloween. We had a great time. I have to mention that I have never really liked Halloween but it is starting to grow on me. Paige decided that she wanted to be a pink super girl for Halloween so I decided that she and Audrey should match. I think I did a pretty good job making Audrey's costume. I am not super crafty and I definitely can't sew. It feels nice to be creative every once in awhile. Paige and I made Halloween cupcakes - bats and ghosts. I only took a picture of the best ones - not bad for our first time. Paige got tired of helping early on so I really ended up decorating them myself. Todd and Paige cleaned out the pumpkin to carve it. I didn't get a picture of the pumpkin after it was carved because Paige lost interest in it also. She was very sweet while trick or treating. When we got home most of the candy we left outside was gone. Paige decided to hand out the candy that she got. I told her to keep whatever she wanted. I've included a picture of what she decided to keep - only 3 pieces. Too cute.
By the way, I just went outside to find Todd and Paige sitting on the tailgate handing out candy which was super adorable. He is such a good Dad. Paige was picking out more candy that she wanted for herself. There was a pile behind her in the truck. Still, she gave out more candy than she kept.
