Christmas fun

So Thanksgiving came and went and I haven't had a chance to update the blog. We went to Perryton and the girls did a great job on the very long car ride. We managed to make it home in 11 hours and 15 minutes which is a Pshigoda family record. I didn't take any pictures the entire time we were there.

Monday night was Paige's Christmas program at school. She was a cat. She had a speaking part with some other "animals"..."we are the cows in the sweet smelling hay, the cats and the kittens and wee mice at play that lived in the stable where Jesus was born." We have it on video but it is 13 minutes long. As soon as I figure out where I can upload it, I will post a link. I know that my Mom is the only person who will want to watch the entire program. The good news is that Paige's part was at the beginning.

This weekend we went to the children's Christmas party at Anadarko. Audrey didn't care for Santa at all. I think I left the pictures with Santa at Kelly's house - as soon as I get them I will be sure to post them. I got this brilliant idea to make Christmas outfits for the girls. I think they turned out very cute but I think Todd was going to strangle me because I was stressing out about getting them done.

We had a very special visit with my Papa. We got to spend Saturday afternoon with him and had so much fun. I think Todd got a very good picture of Great Papa and his girls. Then it was off to Trae's 1st birthday party. I cannot believe that our babies are already turning one.

Audrey just started pulling up. She gets very frustrated because it isn't very easy for her yet. She loves to play with doors, drawers and everything else that is dangerous. She loves eating and pretty much throws a fit until you share your food with her. We are probably creating a monster...but a very cute monster.

Paige is a really good big sister. She is always watching out for Audrey and letting us know if there are choking hazards around. She is very quick witted like her Daddy so we need to prepare for her teenage years. The other day she was frustrated at something I said so she swatted at the air as if she was hitting me. When I asked her if she tried to hit me her response was "No Mommy, I was just working on my new dance move."
